By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
All original tags and labels remain attached.
Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or received in error:
Bodysuits
Lingerie
Underwear
Swimwear without the original hygiene seal
Earrings
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items (where clearly marked)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Please do not return items without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MORDEY WEAR LTD cannot be responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
After reviewing your request, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item (if applicable) and placing a new order.
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, you may request a return after receiving your order, provided it meets our return requirements.
If an order is refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take several days to appear.
